Cancellation Policy
Heirloom Custom Interiors – Consultation Policy 1. Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked and paid for in full through our online system at the time of scheduling. Payment confirms your appointment and secures your spot on our calendar. 2. Non-Refundable Consultation fees are non-refundable. Please ensure you are ready and able to participate before booking. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours in advance without penalty, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. 4. Consultation Scope Consultations are intended as professional guidance and recommendations. They do not include full design deliverables unless separately contracted. Any ideas, plans, or concepts shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Heirloom Custom Interiors. 5. Preparation & Communication To maximize your consultation, we encourage sharing photos, inspiration, or questions ahead of time. We are happy to answer follow-up questions within reason, but additional in-depth services require a separate agreement. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
